We are a fast-growing company that sells electronics and video games. We work with major marketplaces (Noon, Amazon UAE, Ozon Global) and through our own sales channels.

Our warehouse and operations team are based in Dubai, while part of the commercial and finance teams work from Russia.

Who We Are Looking For

A proactive and organized Warehouse Operator / Supervisor who will take full ownership of warehouse processes, keep things running smoothly, and maintain clean, efficient workflows.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, cares about accuracy, and knows how to keep a warehouse working like a well-tuned system.

What You Will Do

• Inventory & Stock Flow
• Receiving goods, stock posting, adjustments, write-offs.
• Keeping accurate records in an inventory or warehouse management system.
• Ensuring stock levels always match the system.
• Storage Organization
• Managing bin locations and labeling.
• Keeping all zones clean and organized.
• Controlling FIFO and batches.
• Order Assembly & Packing
• Using checklists for accuracy.
• Weight and quantity control.
• Clean labeling and item-by-item verification.
• Shipments & Transport
• Preparing all dispatch documents, registers, signatures/stamps.
• Handing over shipments to carriers and watching deadlines.
• Team Coordination
• Planning shifts and tasks for packers.
• Setting quality standards, training, and supervising.
• Monitoring common mistakes and improving processes.
• Working With Suppliers
• Ordering goods based on demand.
• Checking invoices vs. actual deliveries.
• Inspecting goods by quality and quantity.
• Raising claims in case of shortages or defects.
• Reporting
• Short daily updates (status, tasks, risks).
• Weekly summary (turnover, SLA, errors, improvements).

What We Expect

• Experience working in a warehouse in a role such as operator / senior shift worker / supervisor.
• Confidence using any inventory system or warehouse management software.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills: filters, pivots, code search.
• Ability to introduce checklists, standards, labeling rules, and simple quality controls.
• Experience managing small teams (2–6 people).
• Attention to detail and responsibility: if the item matches by code, quantity, and weight — only then it ships.

Compensation & Work Conditions

• Monthly fixed salary.
• Monthly performance bonus for quality and deadlines.
• Peak-volume bonus during high-load periods.
• Full-time schedule, with occasional peak shifts.

Salary is negotiable.
