Warehouse Manager/ Warehouse In-charge

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager / Warehouse In-Charge to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient management of inventory, logistics, and overall supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain management, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Ensure optimal space utilization and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Plan and coordinate logistics, deliveries, and shipments in line with company schedules and client requirements.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Implement and improve warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure performance efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (inbound/outbound, stock status, discrepancies, etc.).
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software for tracking and reporting.
• Handle supplier coordination, documentation, and compliance with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
