Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse SJob Purposeupervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external stock movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves supervising staff, handling internal transfer requests, ensuring timely purchase order execution, and supporting marketing materials management while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Handle internal transfer requests and coordinate transfer-outs to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.
• Maintain and update stock positions in the system, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Update and manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and other marketing materials, ensuring proper availability and storage.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department for requirements and raise Purchase Orders (POs) to brands/suppliers when needed.
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
• Ensure all documentation for stock movement, transfers, and dispatch is maintained accurately.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Monitor warehouse staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Generate regular reports on stock positions, transfers, and material updates for management review.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
