Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring picking items is accurate, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring smooth workflow to meet company and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control to ensure stock accuracy.

Plan and organize work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of operations.

Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse.

Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance, stock movement, and manpower utilization.

Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Communicate effectively with other departments (procurement, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (3–5 years) in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
