Overview

Warehouse Supervisor - Dubai. You are responsible for running daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods move efficiently with high accuracy, and maintaining orderly, safe, and productive work flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate movement of goods and minimal disruption.
• Lead a large team across multiple shifts and backgrounds, setting a positive, efficient work culture.
• Oversee inventory control, including double-checking records, stock audits, and resolving discrepancies.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety briefings and drills, and ensure proper equipment use.
• Communicate clearly with a multinational workforce; read the room and adapt to diverse communication styles.
• Handle operational issues as they arise and prepare end-of-day reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising large, diverse teams (approximately 100+ staff) across shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a multinational crew.
• Proven experience with inventory management, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Commitment to safety and ability to enforce safety standards.
• Ability to handle emergencies, adapt plans, and complete reports; proficient typing skills for reporting.
