Job Summary

The Watch Trading Coordinator will support the trading operations of luxury watches, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, suppliers, and internal teams. The role involves managing listings, tracking inventory, handling trade documentation, and assisting in deal execution while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily watch trading activities including buying, selling, and trade-in transactions
• Manage and update inventory of luxury watches across internal systems and marketplaces
• Communicate with clients, dealers, and suppliers to facilitate successful transactions
• Assist in pricing analysis based on market trends, brand demand, and condition assessment
• Verify watch authenticity documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
• Prepare invoices, trade agreements, and related documentation
• Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers
• Track shipments, deliveries, and logistics coordination for watch transfers
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
• Assist in marketing listings of watches on online platforms and social media
• Provide administrative support to the trading and sales team as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, watch trading, jewelry, or high-value goods (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands (e.g., Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Omega)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
• Basic understanding of pricing trends in the luxury watch market
• Proficiency in MS Office or inventory management systems
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
