To manage and grow the company’s relationships with strategically important B2B customers within the HORECA sectors. The Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Account Management:

· Manage and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

· Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions.

Sales Execution:

· Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

· Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.

Collaboration:

· Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment

Market Intelligence:

· Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.

· Provide feedback and insights to sales and marketing teams for strategic planning.

Reporting:

· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases.

Team Management

· Able to manage a team of sales/business development employees
