Content Editor
RC Willey Home Furnishings is looking to add a Full-time Content Editor to our eCommerce team. This is an in-office, hourly position that gives you the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Your job is to make sure www.rcwilley.com maintains current product details, publish new product SKUs with images and detailed on-page copy, and work back with the merchandising team within your assigned product categories to improve the customer experience online.

Key Responsibilities

Work in Content Management tool to manage all aspects of product details for publication on the website
Maintain accurate naming conventions of product images for your assigned categories
Research across the internet to find the best content possible for each product you support
Use Storis 10 Change Reporting weekly to identify new products to review
Work with other Content Editors to make edits using the Missing Dimensions Report
Takes ownership of multiple ad hoc requests from merchandising team

Skills and Qualifications

HS Diploma required; AA+ degree preferred
2+ years of experience in retail, technology, or online sales
Skilled at multitasking, enjoys change and can work in a team environment
Experience in managing multiple projects at one time and enjoys achieving deadlines
Be a problem solver with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills

Helpful but Not Required

Knowledge of website technologies and proficiency with online searches
Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools
Understanding of website best practices to ensure accurate product descriptions
