Web Developer

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Junior Web Developer with hands on experience in WordPress development and website optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting WordPress websites while ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and fix website issues, bugs, and layout inconsistencies.
• Develop, update, and maintain WordPress pages, themes, and layouts.
• Perform WordPress website migrations (hosting transfers, domain changes, staging to live deployments).
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins (SEO, caching, security, contact forms, etc.).
• Optimize website performance based on Google Lighthouse metrics and best practices.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive and optimized for both mobile and desktop devices.
• Implement and verify tracking integrations including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing pixels.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, plugin conflicts, and deployment-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress CMS.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Familiarity with website hosting environments and cPanel.
• Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical optimization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
