Wedding & Event Decor Designer

Vstar Artist World & Vstar Exultation Destinations Pvt. Ltd., a leading luxury wedding and event management company, is looking for a Wedding Planner & Decor Designer who can handle client servicing, venue coordination, and décor planning while contributing to sales and business growth.

If you are passionate about weddings, enjoy working with clients, and have an eye for décor and detail, this role offers excellent exposure to high-end luxury weddings and premium events.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and interact with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget
• Manage wedding planning and venue coordination from booking to on-ground execution
• Create and present wedding décor concepts, themes, and layouts
• Coordinate with design, production, vendors, and logistics teams for seamless execution
• Handle client servicing before, during, and after events
• Pitch additional services and décor upgrades to enhance client experience and increase sales
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met on-site

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, décor drsign
• Strong client handling, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop (Basic).
• Comfortable working on-site and during events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
