You focus on leading the shoot and capturing great content. We handle editing, revisions, scheduling, delivery, and everything else.

You’ll:

• Work in stunning homes across Denver
• Collaborate with top-producing agents
• Build high-level production experience
• Earn consistent income without running your own marketing

Compensation & Earning Potential

Flexible part-time role that scales during peak season (April–August).

Part-Time (3–4 weekdays / 20–30 hrs):
~$2,500–$3,500/month

Open Availability + Peak Saturdays:
$7,000–$8,000/month during summer peak season

Compensation includes:

• Competitive per-shoot hourly pay
• Performance bonuses
• Volume-based earning upside

What You’ll Shoot

• Full real estate media packages (photo, video, drone, 3D tours, floorplans)
• Cinematic property walkthroughs
• Agent-on-camera social media reels
• Gimbal interior/exterior footage
• Professional drone content

Typical shoot window: 2.5–3 hours
Fast-paced. Professional. Systemized.

Gear

We operate with:

• Sony mirrorless systems
• DJI professional drones
• Professional stabilized gimbal kits

Full production kits can be provided to committed team members with strong availability.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years filming experience
• Strong gimbal + drone portfolio
• FAA Part 107 (or willing to obtain immediately)
• High energy and strong client presence
• Coachable and systems-oriented
• 3–5 full weekdays consistently available
• Saturdays required during peak season
