Welder

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced metal welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, including welding, cutting, and shaping metal components to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and materials.
• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding techniques as required.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate grinders, cutting torches, and other metalworking tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a welder (2–5 years preferred).
• Proficiency in various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in different positions (standing, bending, lifting).
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.

Work Environment

• Workshop or field setting depending on projects.
• Exposure to heat, sparks, and noise.
• Requires wearing protective clothing, gloves, helmet, and safety glasses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
