Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and follow-ups)
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong time management and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
