Overview:
- Partner with Business to define and implement the overall business strategy for the respective unit

Assist business/ line managers in making balanced business decisions while advocating for appropriate employee interventions

Lead & anchor employee engagement at the location

Provide local grievance handling through strong employee relationships

Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels

Responsible for linking, translating and integrating HR work and priorities with business/ line managers

Deliver recurring HR services and processes in partnership with COE teams
-
Managing the unit office administration
-
Working with India capability centre to leverage synergies and deliver services to business
Responsibilities:

Effectively partner with Business to anticipate and provide appropriate solutions to deliver desired business results

Feed local pulse to HRBP and Business Leader

Ensure policy consistency/compliance

Provide career coaching for local talent, with emphasis on developing new manager talent

Help line managers solve business problems (retention, engagement, growth etc)

Key point of contact for grievance handling for the respective population

The role will also cater to admin related accountabilities catering to the unit
Partner with COE and ICC to:

Execute tools/ programs to drive employee engagement

Execute global communications
-
Develop local succession plans
-
Play an active role in PepsiCo values/ culture/ engagement work (leveraging COE work for local activation)

Localize and activate global HR solutions, core processes and policies
-
Work with ICC on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Total Rewards processes

Qualification:
-
MBA in HR from Tier 1 institute with at least 3 years of experience

Experience in Handling frontline employees is preferred
