Position Overview
The White Oil/Textile Lubricants Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting Atlantic’s portfolio of white oils and textile lubricants in Lahore and surrounding regions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the textile industry, strong technical expertise in lubricants, and proven experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for white oils and textile lubricants.
- Identify and build relationships with potential customers in the textile sector, including mills, manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring correct usage and application of lubricants.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and proposals for management review.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term relationship building.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in lubricants, oils, or the textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of white oils and textile lubricants applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Must be based in Lahore or willing to relocate.
