Window Service Coordinator

Primary Objectives of the Service Coordinator

• Coordinates and schedules service jobs
• Making and answering customer calls to coordinate efficient scheduling of services
• Primary contact of Service Technicians for on the road support of scheduled services
• Evaluates and executes ordering of product and parts as needed
• Pulling and organizing products for Service Technicians

Service Coordinator Responsibilities

• Works closely with production builders to coordinate and schedule screen installations and any service work needed
• Manages all incoming service requests to be sure they are processed and executed in a timely manner
• Communicates to all Sales staff that requested service to be sure they are updated promptly as the service requests move through the process
• Involvement in new employee training in the Service department
• Involvement in coordination of transfers from location to location
• Provide support to the yard and location as daily needs arise
• Work with yard to establish cleanliness and organization of product
• Assist in the proper receiving of inbound products as needed for the Service Department
• Responsible for following all safety rules and policies as outlined in the employee handbook, safety manual and communicated by Bliffert Lumber management
• Act as store representative and provide exceptional customer service
• Additional job responsibilities to be determined by Manager or Operations Manager
• Reports accidents and injuries immediately to Management

Requirements of Service Coordinator

• Reports to Window Service Manager
• Lifting up to 50lbs as needed
• Travel to jobsites as needed if additional support is needed
• Completing any other tasks given as direction from Management
