WordPress Developer (2–3 Years Experience) – On-Site | Johar Town, Lahore

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled WordPress Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in custom WordPress development, theme customization, WooCommerce, performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvement. You will collaborate with designers and marketing teams to build fast, secure, scalable, and SEO-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages
• Customize themes and plugins using clean, scalable code
• Write optimized code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Improve Core Web Vitals (CLS, FCP, INP) and overall site performance
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Implement WooCommerce functionality and customizations
• Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Manage website updates, backups, migrations, and security monitoring
• Implement caching, CDN integration, and image optimization
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS architecture
• Experience with custom theme & plugin customization
• Proficiency in:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• PHP
• MySQL
• Experience with page builders:
• Elementor
• GeneratePress
• WPBakery
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce development
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals & performance optimization
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices
• Familiarity with security plugins and WordPress hardening
• Experience managing hosting environments (cPanel, domains, SSL)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Custom theme development from scratch
• Git/version control systems
• API integrations & third-party tools
• Experience with caching tools (WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, etc.)
• CDN implementation (Cloudflare or similar)

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
