We are looking for talent who are able to work as Workflow Success Executive, serve as a liaison between the support team, physician, and clients to ensure the effectiveness of our reporting process by performing all related tasks and solving issues as they come up during the shift.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage case routing with respect to priority, modality expertise, physician schedule, and case volume.
- Provide weekly follow up reports to include issues encountered during the shift to facilitate physician and client management to improve overall departmental performance.
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls, email requests and complaints from physicians and clients, in an effective and professional manner in a fast-moving environment.
- Monitor work-lists on designated software to ensure TAT requirements are satisfied through a proactive approach and prompt response.
- Assume complete responsibility for daily work-lists and timely delivery of reports to ensure the quality of deliverables to client satisfaction.
- Perform regular checks on pending tasks including open tickets and complete shift tasks in a timely fashion to ensure smooth shift handover.
- Liaison with the technical team to communicate software issues experienced by the client.
Qualification and Skills:
- Must have at least a Bachelors Degree from a reputable University.
- Must be able to lead a team effectively.
- At least 2 years of Experience in dealing with International Clients.
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking, Flexibility, Telephone Skills, Customer Service, Time Management, Organization, Attention to Detail, Scheduling, Professionalism, Quality Focus.
- Must be able to type and file accurately with precise data entry skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Ability to schedule and register patients rapidly and accurately.
- General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software.
