Selects appropriate data from information provided by others and inputs that data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
Implements improvements and carries out simple change management tasks by following established procedures to support others.
Supports project managers by performing simple tasks and following established procedures.
Accepts that the organisation is in compliance or identifies changes that should be made to achieve compliance.
Performs simple risk monitoring and assessment tasks by following established procedures in order to provide support to others.
Assesses compliance with established standards and protocols.
Roles at this level are individual contributors operating as junior specialists with operational or administrative processes, selecting the most appropriate approach (from established options) and reacting to changing priorities/circumstances.
Performs simple contract management tasks by following established procedures in order to support others.
Performs routine supply chain tasks by following established procedures to support others.
Works within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
