Workshop Manager

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our automotive workshop operations and drive excellence in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

As a Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations, developing technical teams, and maintaining compliance with OEM standards. You will oversee workflow, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure that every repair meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal allocation of repair orders based on technicians’ skills
• Support onboarding of new team members and ensure clear performance expectations
• Maximize workshop productivity and maintain continuous workflow
• Enforce SOPs, health & safety standards, and proper use of tools & equipment
• Oversee OEM warranty procedures and claims accuracy
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and team leaders
• Monitor quality of services and contribute to high customer satisfaction levels
• Recommend training needs based on technician performance evaluations
• Provide reports on departmental KPIs and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and workshop KPIs
• Experience working with OEM systems, warranty procedures, and DMS
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (OEM certifications are a plus)
