Workshop Manager-Aluminium & Glass Fabrication

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Candidate who can speak Arabic

To manage and operate the aluminum and glass fabrication workshop

efficiently, ensuring high-quality production, on-time delivery, cost control, and employee safety, while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1 .Daily Operations Management : o Plan and supervise daily work orders and workshop activities. o Assign tasks to technicians and workers and monitor progress. o Ensure the availability of raw materials and necessary supplies for production.

2 .Quality Control : o Review technical drawings and ensure final products meet specifications. o Conduct inspections prior to delivery or site installation. o Enforce quality standards and workplace safety regulations.

3 .Technical Oversight: o Provide technical support and solutions during fabrication and installation. o Supervise maintenance of workshop tools and machinery .

4 .Resource Management : o Monitor material consumption and minimize waste. o Ensure workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity. o Report manpower or equipment needs to senior management

5 .Coordination with Other Departments: o Coordinate with the procurement team for material supply. o Collaborate with the projects department to ensure timely delivery. o Submit regular reports on progress, issues, and performance indicators

Qualification & Experience

Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering (preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing aluminum and glass workshops.

- Solid knowledge of fabrication and installation systems including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, and insulated glass.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Strong leadership and organizational

Required Skills

Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD.

- Strong communication and team management skills.

- High attention to technical and administrative details.

- Commitment to deadlines and product quality.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure
