About Us

We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and ensure smooth daily operations in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities in the workshop.
• Assign tasks to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and verify accurate fault diagnostics.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure execution.
• Liaise with the customer service team regarding vehicle status updates.
• Train and mentor new technicians to improve team performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on workshop productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge in vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, diagnostics).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems (DMS/CRM) is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
