Workshop Supervisor (Carpentry, Steel, Aluminum & Duct Works)

We are hiring a Workshop Supervisor specialized in carpentry, steel fabrication, aluminum works, and duct work, in accordance with the following requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within the UAE in managing carpentry, steel, aluminum, and duct fabrication workshops.

Proven experience in supervising skilled workers and organizing workshop operations.

Strong knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards used in contracting projects.

Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations applicable to workshops.

Ability to prepare technical reports, material take-offs, and production schedules.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Arabic; good command of English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Full supervision of workshop activities (carpentry, steel, aluminum, and duct work).

Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks for technicians and workers.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

Coordinate with project and site teams to meet production and delivery deadlines.

Monitor material requirements, machinery, and tools within the workshops.

Ensure strict adherence to company quality standards and safety policies.

Additional Requirements:

Must be currently residing in the UAE.

UAE driving license is an advantage.
