Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Yacht Meeting Coordinator to manage client interactions and ensure smooth operations during yacht charters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling bookings, coordinating with crew members, and ensuring a seamless luxury experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the yacht meeting point.
• Coordinate boarding procedures and ensure timely departures.
• Communicate with yacht captains and crew to ensure readiness.
• Assist clients with itinerary details, safety briefings, and special requests.
• Handle last-minute changes, guest inquiries, or complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client details.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Knowledge of Dubai Marina and yacht operations is an advantage.
