Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Operations function as a Yard Coordinator.

What you will do?

• Oversee vehicle movement within the yard, including receiving, parking, and dispatch.
• Ensure vehicles are recorded accurately in the system upon arrival and departure.
• Conduct physical checks of vehicles for damages, accessories, and documentation.
• Maintain proper yard organization to optimize space utilization and vehicle accessibility.
• Coordinate with drivers, inspectors, and operations staff for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols at the yard.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and operational readiness at all times.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on vehicle stock and yard activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and reconciliations related to vehicle inventory.
• Act as the point of contact for escalations related to yard operations.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree on any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in yard operations, logistics, or automotive industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Must have a UAE Driving License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
