- Implement and configure Zoho One apps (CRM, Books, Creator, WorkDrive, Campaigns).
- Customize fields, workflows, blueprints, and automation rules.
- Integrate Zoho with website, booking systems, and payment gateways.
- Create dashboards and reports for management.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience with Zoho One implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, Books, and Creator.
- Ability to design workflows and automate processes.
- API/Integration knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
