Zoho Specialist

We are looking for a Zoho Specialist to join our team and support our CRM setup and customization needs. This role will involve managing two Zoho environments: one is a standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) setup, and the other includes advanced custom functionality built with Deluge scripting.

If you’re experienced in working with Zoho CRM and have strong hands-on skills in Deluge scripting, this role offers the opportunity to work on exciting, dynamic projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain both OOTB and custom Zoho CRM environments.
• Edit, enhance, and optimize existing Deluge-based custom functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Develop new custom functions and automation to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions.
• Ensure overall CRM performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho applications.
• Strong expertise in Deluge scripting (custom functions development).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CRM workflows, automations, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other Zoho apps (Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Prior experience supporting both OOTB and custom Zoho environments.
