Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from posting of vacancy and sourcing the best talent through Internal Referrals, Job Portals and social media till negotiations and closure of offer with predefined TAT
Ensuring all HR processes efficiently in terms of TAT, accuracy, frequency & compliance leading to seamless service delivery
Planning sourcing strategy, handling external vendors, analyzing criticality of requirements, and ensuring cost optimization
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders management like hiring managers, resource management team and other business line units to understand their requirements and fulfill the open positions within TAT
