On behalf of World famous ICT company - Huawei, we are looking for Channel Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target Setting & Management:
  • Develop and implement channel distribution targets.
  • Improve channel coverage and penetration.
  • Drive execution of SMR (Sales Management Review) processes.
  1. Client & Partner Management:
  • Co-develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and marketing programs with channel partners.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow and DOS (Days of Sales) performance.
  • Design effective order plans based on sales trends.
  • Manage partner credit terms, payment collections, and rebate processes.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable business relationships with partners.
  1. Channel Development:
  • Identify, evaluate, and certify new channel partners.
  • Plan and communicate channel strategies for new product launches.
  • Develop Total Channel Offer (TCO) plans for strategic clients.
  1. Channel Structure & Strategy Design:
  • Design differentiated channel structures and strategies tailored to various market types and segments.
  1. Qatar Key Account (KA) Management:
  • Manage relationships with Qatar-based KA partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders within these accounts.
  1. Sales Performance Analysis:
  • Evaluate and analyse monthly sales data for key accounts.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans to meet targets.
  1. Inventory & Product Mix Optimization:
  • Track and analyse key accounts’ inventory levels and product structures.
  • Propose restocking or promotional strategies to improve sell-through and optimize product mix.


Requirements:

  1. Language Skills:
  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with international clients.
  1. Cultural & Communication Skills:
  • Familiar with local culture and social norms.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, quick learning ability, and adaptability.
  1. International Sales Experience:
  • Proven experience in channel sales and customer development in overseas markets.
  • Knowledge of international market regulations, trade practices, and compliance standards.
  1. Market Development & Pressure Handling:
  • Strong market development capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
