Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Track social media trends and implement creative strategies to improve engagement.
Video Creation & Editing
- Create high-quality marketing videos for social media campaigns.
- Record, edit, and publish videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Produce engaging:
- YouTube Videos
- YouTube Shorts
- Instagram Reels
- LinkedIn Videos
- Facebook Video Content
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and branding elements.
YouTube Channel Management
- Plan and prepare YouTube content strategies.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.
- Improve YouTube SEO and audience retention.
- Monitor channel analytics and growth metrics.
- Create scripts and content concepts for educational and promotional videos.
LinkedIn & B2B Marketing
- Create and manage LinkedIn company page content.
- Develop LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
- Create and optimize LinkedIn Ads for B2B audiences.
- Design sponsored content, carousel ads, lead generation forms, and awareness campaigns.
- Work closely with sales teams to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
Trend Research & Content Innovation
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content opportunities.
- Generate innovative content ideas aligned with business goals.
- Identify emerging trends and convert them into engaging marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools and content automation platforms to enhance productivity.
Performance Analysis
- Track social media KPIs and campaign performance.
- Analyze metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers Growth
- Video Views
- Click-through Rate (CTR)
- Lead Generation
- Conversion Rate
- Prepare monthly reports and recommendations.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
