About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing & Digital Advertising Executive to take responsibility for our digital advertising, marketing strategy, influencer collaborations, and online growth.

This is not a basic social media posting position.

We need someone who can independently study the market, identify opportunities, develop smart marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns, connect and negotiate with influencers, analyze performance, and turn marketing investment into measurable sales and growth.

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the UAE market and must be fluent in Arabic, with good English communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory
• Good English communication skills
• Previous digital marketing experience in the UAE – mandatory
• Excellent hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Excellent hands-on experience with YouTube Ads
• Excellent hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads
• Strong experience with Meta Ads – Instagram & Facebook
• Strong experience with TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of ChatGPT advertising and emerging AI marketing/advertising channels
• Strong e-commerce and performance marketing experience
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
• Strong influencer marketing and negotiation experience
• Ability to independently develop creative and commercially smart marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of analytics, tracking, attribution and conversion optimization
• Strong understanding of UAE customers, trends and buying behavior

Candidates without Arabic language skills or UAE digital marketing experience will not be considered.

Smart Marketing Strategy – Very Important

We are looking for someone who can think independently and continuously bring new marketing ideas to the company.

The candidate should be able to:

• Develop creative campaigns around products with strong sales potential
• Create different strategies for Arabic and English-speaking customers

The candidate must be confident in finding, contacting, communicating and negotiating directly with influencers.

Responsibilities include:

• Search for suitable influencers across the UAE
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
• Contact influencers directly and professionally
• Negotiate collaboration prices and packages
• Evaluate whether influencer pricing is commercially reasonable
• Analyze follower quality, average views and genuine engagement
• Identify fake followers or weak engagement
• Match influencers with the correct products and target audiences
• Develop creative influencer campaign concepts
• Prepare professional campaign briefs
• Coordinate influencer visits to our branches
• Coordinate filming and content production
• Review content before publication
• Negotiate long-term collaborations where beneficial
