Job Overview

Senew Tech is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, international client acquisition, and online bidding platforms, with proven experience in generating business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
• Manage the complete bidding process, including project research, proposal writing, client communication, and follow-ups.
• Develop effective strategies to acquire international clients and increase company revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and communicate professionally with international customers.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Achieve assigned business development targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Development (preferably in IT/software services).
• Proven experience with Upwork bidding and winning projects.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
