Job Objective:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract target customers, and drive subscription growth and sales aligned with the startup’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create compelling marketing content (copy, images, videos); ability to produce content independently is highly preferred.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and grow audience reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and improve user experience.
- Support public relations activities and email marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-year experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong content creation and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with proactive initiative.
- Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
