Job Summary

We are looking for an Academic Excellence Manager (AEM) to manage academic implementation and performance across partner schools in the Nanded region. The AEM will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of SpeEdLabs programs, training teachers, coordinating with school management, and maintaining strong relationships to drive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor academic implementation across assigned schools.
• Conduct regular school visits (15–20 days/month) to ensure program quality and consistency.
• Train and support teachers and coordinators on the SpeEdLabs platform, pedagogy, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with principals and school leadership to achieve academic targets.
• Review school performance data and share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Coordinate with the product, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure all partner schools meet the agreed academic and operational benchmarks.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Science, or Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in academics, school coordination, or EdTech implementation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken & written) required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra (15–20 days/month).
• Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
