As Account Director, you are the driving force behind our client relationships and project success. You ll oversee key accounts and events from pitch to execution, ensuring we consistently deliver outstanding work that exceeds expectations.


What You ll Do

Be the Key Client Contact Manage relationships from pitch to post-event wrap-up.

Lead Winning Pitches Create compelling stories, meet objectives, and deliver top-tier solutions.

Ensure Quality & Excellence Act as the internal guardian of LINKVIVA standards.

Manage Timelines & Milestones Keep projects on track and ensure deliverables are met.

Set & Meet KPIs Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Oversee Budgeting & Reporting Reconcile budgets, lead debriefs, and drive strategic account growth.


About You

You re a strategic leader with a passion for event excellence and client success. You should be:

An Experienced Leader Background in Project Direction, Account Direction, or Executive Production.

A Relationship Builder Skilled in growing client accounts and producing winning pitches.

A Project Powerhouse Experienced in managing multiple complex events with tight deadlines.

Commercially Savvy Understand cost and revenue streams, sponsorships, and delivering a strong P&L.

A Confident Presenter Able to communicate with impact to stakeholders at all levels.

An Event Expert Knowledgeable in production, content, logistics, and marketing.


What You Need to Apply

10+ years in event management with strong client relationship experience.

Middle East market experience.

Fluent English (spoken & written).

A valid driving license.


Bonus Points if You /

Have experience in festivals, sports or large public events

Speak and write Arabic.
