Nasoft is hiring for one of our clients, A professional accounting solutions company specializing in providing system-based financial services for businesses in Saudi Arabia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring client needs are met

Coordinate between clients and the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services

Understand client requirements, resolve issues, and address inquiries in a timely and prompt manner

Review reports and deliverables before sharing them with clients to ensure quality and clarity
-
Schedule and lead regular client meetings to discuss updates, performance, and opportunities for improvement
-
Escalate feedback and client concerns to internal teams for service enhancements
-
Ensure contractual commitments and deadlines are met
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-
1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role - preferably in B2B services or accounting/consulting firms.

Basic understanding of accounting concepts and terminology

KSA Client Experience is preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
