Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Partnership & Consultation


  • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, providing tailored HR solutions and building long-term, trust-based relationships.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Utilize automation tools to maintain a query-tracking system, logging detailed meeting minutes and generating personalized reports for clients.

  • Planning & Forecasting: Leverage data-driven strategies to anticipate staffing and operational needs, ensuring clients are prepared for future demands.


Talent Acquisition & Global Outreach


  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including efficient screening, structured interviews, and cultural fit evaluations.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Expand outreach efforts to increase application volume and engage in proactive networking and headhunting on professional social platforms.

  • Institutional Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to create a sustainable pipeline for talent development.


Payroll & Operational Excellence


  • Payroll Integrity: Ensure timely, error-free payroll processing to prevent financial discrepancies and maintain seamless cash flow for client operations.

  • Workflow Optimization: Manage the ticket resolution process and enhance cross-team collaboration to streamline support handling.

  • QA Project Management: Monitor project quality and mitigate “flag counts” to achieve consistently high levels of operational excellence.

  • Document Management: Oversee the secure storage and retrieval of employee documentation, ensuring strict compliance with legal and company standards.


Data Analytics & Insights


  • Metrics Research: Analyze success metrics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate the tangible impact of HR initiatives.

  • Advanced Analytics: Provide actionable insights through cost analysis, competitive bench marking, and industry trend reports.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a global service environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with HRIS, ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred), and Payroll systems.

  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into strategic advice.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with a knack for “bridging the gap” between diverse cultural and professional landscapes.

  • Independence: Ability to optimize scheduling and coordination processes to reduce delays in a fast-paced environment.
