Financial Accounting
- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
B. Budgeting & Reporting
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted and actual figures.
- Support management in cost control and financial planning.
C. Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, local laws, and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, VAT, or other statutory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
D. Payroll & Employee Accounting
- Support payroll processing by providing necessary financial information.
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and ensure accuracy.
E. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Review and process supplier invoices and payment requests.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
F. Other Duties
- Assist in implementing financial systems and controls.
- Provide support to finance or project teams as required.
- Keep updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
