Accountant

SA Corporation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, hands-on experience in import operations, and be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling ledgers, and handling various treasury and banking tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of all accounting transactions.
• Reconcile Vendor and Customer ledgers.
• Manage and file documents as per CPV, CRV, BPV, BRV, and JV.
• Ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all payment and receipt vouchers before data entry.
• Prepare Cash and Bank Position statements for all group companies.
• Handle various bank-related matters, including visiting banks and depositing checks.
• Assist with treasury-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
• Maintain and record all petty cash transactions for all group companies.

Import-Related Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for import-related transactions.
• Ensure the timely clearance of goods and processing of all import-related invoices.
• Prepare and review import-related documents, such as import purchase orders, customs declarations, and shipping documents.
• Maintain records of import duties, taxes, and other expenses related to imported goods.
• Reconcile import-related expenses with accounting records and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and timely processing of customs and shipping documents.

Salary: 50Kto 70K and depend on Experience

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Qualification: MBA with Specialization in Accounts and Finance

Expertise:

Strong grip in accounting practices, with hands-on experience in import operations and financial management.
