Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their accounting careers. The successful candidate will support daily accounting tasks, assist in maintaining financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support in the preparation of tax filings and audits
• Maintain organized financial documents and ensure accurate data entry
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
• Help monitor and track company expenses
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or practical experience in an accounting or finance role (preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
