Accountant (for UK Clients)

Position: Male Accountant

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore (On-site)

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)

About Company

We are a growing security services company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This is a key role supporting the financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Timesheet reconciliation, ensuring accuracy between hours worked, payroll, and client billing
• Day-to-day bookkeeping, including maintaining accurate financial records
• Credit control, managing outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments
• Purchasing and supplier management, including processing purchase orders and invoices
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
• Using QuickBooks to manage financial records, invoicing, and reporting
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• At least 1 year proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role within a UK-based company
• Strong experience with timesheet reconciliation (essential)
• Solid bookkeeping knowledge and experience
• Experience in credit control and debt management
• Experience handling purchasing processes and supplier accounts
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (essential)
• Good understanding of UK accounting practices, VAT, and compliance
• Excellent spoken and written English
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Note: Preference will be given to Lahore-based candidates who are available for immediate joining.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
