Accountant – Operations Executive (Sales & Inventory)

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Salary: PKR 160,000 per month
Shift: US Time Zone (EST) – 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant / Operations Executive to manage sales orders, purchase orders, inventory entries, and pricing updates within our system.

This role requires strong accuracy, integrity, and the ability to quickly understand structured processes. If you are organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with ERP systems, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders accurately

· Receive and record inventory in the system

· Maintain and update product pricing

· Ensure accuracy across sales, purchase, and inventory records

· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

· Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records

· Follow internal controls and company procedures strictly

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

· Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (sales, purchases, inventory)

· Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or Excel

· Strong attention to detail (high accuracy required)

· Ability to learn systems quickly

· Good written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

· 1–3 years of relevant experience

· Experience in trading, wholesale, or distribution businesses

· Familiarity with inventory management systems

· Graduates from reputable universities preferred
