We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our finance operations with precision and accuracy.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience and be highly skilled in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and general financial operations and must be fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and daily financial records
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Prepare and file tax documents when required
  • Use QuickBooks Online for accounting operations
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with management for monthly financial summaries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online (must-have)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
