Accounts and Admin Executive

Client Company:

A Turkish cosmetic brand expanding their business in Pakistan.

Role Overview:

This is an onsite position in Lahore, primarily focused on retail/store operations with some basic accounts handling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage counter sales and deal with walk-in customers.
  • Handle cash, billing, and daily transactions.
  • Maintain basic records of accounts and payments.
  • Oversee inventory, stock tracking, and restocking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Accounts and finance).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail, operations, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and bookkeeping.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and responsible.
  • Experience in a retail/store environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory or POS systems.

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Working Days: Monday - Saturday
