Accounts and System Officer

We’re looking for an Accounts and System Officer to join our team (IMMEDIATELY) at Safa Burj Mall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar systems will be considered an added advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and financial data analysis.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare key financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Monitor company expenses and budgets for financial control and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in timely filing of returns.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and records.
• Operate apartment management and ERP systems, including data entry, billing, collections, and recovery.
• Generate reports on collections, receivables, occupancy, and other system-based financial data.
• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and accurate digital documentation.

Location: Madina Tower, E11 Islamabad
Timings: 10 AM - 6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
