Job Description

M. Umair & Co. is looking for a multi-talented and energetic professional to join our team as an Accounts cum Admin HR Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, administrative duties, and basic HR functions to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts: Maintaining daily financial records, managing petty cash, and assisting in basic bookkeeping.

Administration: Overseeing office maintenance, managing supplies, and handling official correspondence.

HR Support: Assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and managing attendance/payroll.

Documentation: Efficiently handling filing systems and preparing reports as required by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum Graduation (B. Com / BBA or relevant field preferred).

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a professional firm will be an advantage.

Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Data entry, formulas, and reporting).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Proficiency in English and Urdu (written and verbal).

Traits: Proactive, punctual, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.

Location: Office No. 907, 9th Floor, Chapal Plaza, Hasrat Mohani Road (Off I.I. Chundrigar Road), Karachi.

Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

Timing: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Timing: 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM (Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Hiring)
