Job Overview

ZH Cuisine Pvt Ltd (SALT) is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive (Female) to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in reporting, and experience in the food & beverage or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records and transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and record invoices, payments, and expenses
• Reconcile bank statements and cash records
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial data
• Coordinate with other departments for financial matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in audits and tax-related documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo preferred)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage / Retail industry
• Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Odoo)
• Basic knowledge of taxation and financial regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
