Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for several processes such as:

  • Accounts Receivable - postings and collection
  • Clerical work such as maintaining and organizing organization-wide shared documentation
  • Record-keeping for HR-related matters such as timeclock history, time-off tracking, and benefit eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and our ERP/point-of-sale system for bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
  • Provide dual-control approval for outgoing banking transactions like ACH and wire transfers.
  • Ensure company-level shared documentation such as onboarding information, posted policies, etc is consistent, accessible, and organized.
  • Support payroll process by providing accurate, complete attendance and PTO documentation.
  • Contribute to a variety of operational and administrative initiatives as required.
  • Take ownership of your role.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles with strong organizational skills is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, in-office role; remote arrangements will not be considered. We are seeking candidates seeking long-term employment
