Admin Assistant

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Looking for 2 (two) Admin Assistants to aid the sales team and facilitiate Real Estate Transactions:

Key Roles and responsibilities:

  • Managing CRM and property Listings
  • Communicate with clients and developers
  • Expert with all MS Office suite applications.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Manage Google Calendar/ Outlook calendar
  • Send reminders to the team for upcoming events, meetings etc.
  • Accurately perform appointment booking, confirming, time changing, cancelling, etc.
  • Co-ordinating and managing company driver schedule and viewings
  • Keep up with market trends to keep prices competative

Advantages (not mandatory):

  • Driver's license
  • Experience with salesforce property base (Preferred)
  • Experience with property portals (Dubizzle, PropertyFinder, Bayut, Houza) (Preffered)
  • Experience with Trakheesi and RERA Forms (Form A, B, F, I etc.) (Preferred)
  • Experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry
  • Experience with banks and mortgaging
  • Multilingual
  • Eager to learn
  • Corporate communications
  • Organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED3,000 - AED 3,500 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Highschool Diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:

  • Real Estate or Related field Administration (1 Year)

or

  • Receptionist (1 Year)

Language:

  • English (Required)
