Admin Assistant

We are a custom furniture manufacturer located in Verla Canca, looking for a new pro-active and outgoing skilled team member to join our expanding design department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of furniture and fabric list for quotations
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Track deliveries for compliance of deadlines.
  • Handle data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document dispatches.
  • You will act as support staff in the design department.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Email writing
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in managing office tasks, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Eye for design or creative skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Have your own vehicle with valid driving licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
